  • Account and login issues: missing emails, redirect problems after login, or unexpected account state.
  • Job issues: submission failures, jobs stuck in processing, unsatisfactory results, or single-item retry problems.
  • Credit and payment issues: missing free credits, top-up discrepancies, or unexpected refund behavior on failed jobs.

Check these first

Many issues can be resolved without waiting for support. These checks are usually the fastest first step.

  • Refresh the page and check the job status again in case the UI is showing cached data.
  • Check image format and size, and prefer clear original JPG, PNG, or WebP files.
  • If only some images in a batch failed, retry the failed items directly from the results page instead of rerunning the whole batch.
  • If the login email did not arrive, check spam and confirm the submitted email address is correct.
